

Our CrossFit training takes place in professionally coached Group Fitness classes designed for all levels — from brand new beginners to experienced athletes.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built around functional movements performed at varying levels of intensity. These include Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, gymnastics, plyometrics, and more — all rooted in movements you perform in everyday life like squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
Every workout is intentionally programmed to be constantly varied, so no two days are the same. More importantly, every workout is fully adjustable. Through expert coaching, we modify movements, adjust loads, and tailor intensity to meet you exactly where you are — whether it’s your first workout or your 500th.
No experience is required to get started.
As part of your initial start up membership, we include a complimentary 2-Hour Barbell Foundations Class. During this session, we:
